Chanel No.5
Chanel No.5 was the first perfume launched by Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel in 1921. She worked with perfumer Ernest Beaux to create her signature scent, with notes of may rose, jasmine, ylang ylang and santal. When he presented her with various samples to choose from she chose the 5th vial. She wanted the bottle design to be unfussy and based it upon the Charvet toiletry bottles or the whiskey decanter used by her lover Arthur “Boy” Capel.
Each fine art giclee print is made to order. Printed onto the finest heavy weight Hahnemule German etching paper, each print comes unframed with a 5cm border.
Signed by the artist.
Lead time is 1-2 weeks
